Distinct (adj)

Different, not likely to be the same as something else :) 

People from Texas have a distinct accent.


Potential (noun)

Capable of doing something/or something happening, because it has potential.

Smokers have a great potential for lung cancer and heart disease. They also are guaranteed yellow teeth and stinky breath.




Formula (noun)

Like a formula for a math problem; or it could be for something else. It helps you solve a problem.

 You need to use the area formula in order to solve the math problem.

Complex (adj) - The math test was complex due to all the negative exponents.

Relevant (adj) - Math will be relevant in your lives when you are trying to fill out your tax returns

                                              I know he was created by a scientist I think. I'm not sure. That's pretty much    all I know.

  • Document (noun) - I saved my genocide definition as a Microsoft Word document.

  • Document (verb) - Ms. S likes to document field trips by taking lots of pictures - but her camera always dies!

  • The diference of document as a noun and a verb are that document noun means something in a paper, writting in a paper is a document which you can save.

    Document noun measn kind of like documentary evidence.

    Week 9 Vocabuolary Paragraph;

                I think that to understand this quote, you need to invest some time into it. It depends if you understand it. Because the Idea is quite clear!

    I also think taht this quote should be made into a survey! It would work great. You put in a survey and askk people if this is true or false.

    But Some regions of the wold might find it offensive.
